Ma$e Annouces Plans For New Album via Twitter

Reported By Chantell Lemons (@ladyklearjay)
M.A.$.E is back and he is ready to take on the rap industry again with the release of a new album called “Now We Even.

He took to his Twitter account to let his fan know about the new release. The rapper-turnt-pastor-turntback-rapper also explains how he has had various influences that have impact on his work for this new project.

According to the former Bad Boy, the new album is heavily influenced by early freestlyes, songs and artist albums which may include The Late, Great Notorious B.I.G.’s “Life After Death,” Tupac’s “All Eyes On Me” and JayZ’s “Reasonable Doubt.

If you can remember, Ma$e was partially responsible for the success of earlier Bad Boy Entertainment releasing albums such as 1997’s Harlem World, 2000’s Double Up & 2004’s Welcome Back. Between the last two albums, he was focusing on becoming a pastor after his move to Atlanta, GA.

With Ma$e and Diddy having differences between them about contract issues for years, they seemed to have made amends during Drake’s OVO Fest in August 2013.

Are you ready to hear new material from Ma$e?
