He completed 28 of 43 passes for 373 passing yards and 3 touchdowns and even caught a touchdown pass on a trick play at the end of the second quarter. Not bad for a guy who considered retiring from the NFL just a few years ago following shaky stints with the Eagles and Rams. As Foles was putting on the performance of a lifetime en route to a Super Bowl win and a Super Bowl MVP trophy, there were thousands of people tweeting about how well he was playing. Tweets like this flooded Twitter as Foles picked apart the Patriots secondary.
