Kanye West and Kid Cudi's 'Kids See Ghosts' Debuts at No. 2 by Complex News

Kanye West and Kid Cudi’s Kids See Ghosts was one of the most anticipated projects of 2018, and Kim’s favorite of the five albums in the G.O.O.D Music Gemini season rollout. Unfortunately, that hype wasn’t enough to secure it the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 Albums chart its debut week. Kids See Ghosts moved 142,000 album equivalent units—79,000 of which came from traditional sales, Billboard reports. In comparison, that’s a bit less than Kanye’s solo album, Ye, which became Yeezy’s eighth No. 1 album after selling 208,000 equivalent album units in its first week. G.O.O.D. Music’s first 2018 drop, Pusha-T’s DAYTONA album, earned 77,000 total units sold in its first week, putting Push in the No. 3 spot.
