Nude Gym-Goer Claims He Thought Planet Fitness Was a 'Judgement- Free' Zone by Complex News

Over the weekend. a man stripped naked at one of the gym’s crowded locations in New Hampshire and proceeded to do yoga. After being arrested at around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Eric Stagno defended himself by claiming he thought Planet Fitness was a “judgment-free zone.” Fair enough, considering he probably heard this from one of the company’s new commercials, which advertise the gym’s no-judgment philosophy. Unfortunately, nudity exceeds the limits of that zone, and Stagno was charged with indecent exposure/lewdness and disorderly conduct.
