Reverend Victor White and Carol Powell Lexing Speak On The Death of Victor White III by Sway's Universe

Victor White III was arrested and handcuffed behind his back and placed in the police vehicle. He was somehow shot to death. The police reported that he shot himself in the back, but the entry wound was in the chest. And all officers involved in this case have been cleared.
