Reported By @LadyKlearJay
Chrisjenkins went from as a child beating on pots and pans in his mother's kitchen and rapping in his room with a rigged up booth in the closet as a teeneager to now making hits like his new single "No Matter What". Which is a song that expresses the pain of going through the trials and tribulations of life and being able to say at the end of the day I still have to go on with this for my family's sake.
Chrisjenkins is no stranger to tough times growing up in Estill, SC. At age of 12 his parents split up and after staying with his father for some months his mother came back to get him and his older sister to stay with her. Growing up without his father present Chris chose the street life and started selling drugs at high school with his friends.
While still focusing on music Chrisjenkins went to college in Greenville, SC for a semester and then dropped out because he was lacking the focus and wanted the fast money so he decided to start selling drugs and worked lowend jobs just to get by. After a year or 2 when things started going for the worse Chrisjenkins moved from place to place due to getting evicted from the apartments he was living in because he was broke and didn't have any money in 2008 when the recession came and hit everybody for a loop.
Presently, after deciding to move to Columbia, SC Chrisjenkins has been making music and networking trying to get the attention of hip hop industry insiders to show and prove that he is the complete artist and that he is ready to take the world by storm with his cultivating fresh new style and music.
